The Oregon Judicial Department also follows its own access rules under the Uniform Trial Court Rules (UTCR) and Chief Justice Orders governing confidential and sealed materials.

- Mental health commitment records: Confidential under Oregon law.
- Sealed and expunged records: Cases sealed by court order are not available for public inspection. Oregon permits the setting aside of certain convictions, arrests, and citations at no filing fee under ORS 137.225.
- Victim and witness information: Personal identifying information about crime victims and witnesses may be restricted.
- Personal identifiers: Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and sensitive financial data are subject to redaction under UTCR 2.110. The court charges $25 per case plus $1 per page for redaction of confidential information after filing.
