Fingerprinting is available at the OSP Salem office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (PST) for a $30.00 fee. Coos County Family Court Records

Birth and Death Records:

Coos County birth records are confidential for 100 years from the date of birth; death records become public 50 years after the event. For records older than six months, certified copies are available through Oregon State Vital Records. The fee is $25 per copy. Online and phone orders through the state’s authorized third-party vendor total approximately $43.25 to $44.95 including the standard fee, with a three-business-day processing time.
